An occasion that celebrates the joy of romance. \nAbout The Authors/Books:HAYLEY DUNLOPOriginally from Bristol\, Hayley J Dunlop spent the first 15 years of her career working in media and PR before realising that wasn't what she wanted to do at all and switching to creative copywriting. She now lives just outside London with her husband and two children and is fuelled by loud music\, frequent naps and chocolate-based breakfast cereals. \nIT'S BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE CHRISTMASMally prides herself on being predictable\, just like the trope-filled festive films she turns to for comfort every winter. But\, when she's sent on a writing assignment tasked with recreating the cheesy Christmas movie experience in her humdrum British hometown\, she finds herself ticking off the classic holiday romance movie tropes in unexpected ways. But can real life ever live up to the magical movie experience? \nGEMMA MORRGemma Morr has worked in book marketing for twenty years\, connecting imaginations with the worlds in which they belong. She currently lives in Hampshire with her husband and two children. Untamed Heart is her debut novel. \nUNTAMED HEARTLottie has spent her life chasing the perfect London life\, until losing her job and her boyfriend sends her running to her family’s Wyoming ranch. Rugged ex-rodeo star Cole Miller wants nothing to do with a city girl playing cowgirl…despite their explosive first encounter. But as Lottie swaps suits for boots\, she discovers she might belong in the mountains more than she ever expected. And when a rival ranch threatens everything\, she’s determined to fight for her new home and maybe for Cole\, too.A slow-burn\, high-heat cowboy romance filled with banter\, tension\, and a love as wild as the Rockies. . . \nPIPPA NIXONPippa Nixon lives in Guildford with her husband and four teenage boys where she has a reputation for watching horror films from behind cushions and never failing to burn garlic bread. Always a fan of words and with a career in PR and Marketing\, she is an alumnus of the Faber Academy. \nALL MINE – BY PIPPA NIXONAfter leaving London and a cheating ex behind\, Isabella Tucci moves to a small town to open her dream restaurant with one rule: no men. But charming chef Etienne\, whose restaurant sits right across the square\, proves impossible to avoid. As renovations run late and new friendships grow\, Isabella starts to wonder if her no-romance rule was made to be broken. A spicy small-town romance perfect for fans of Harper Graham\, Lyra Parish and Laurie Gilmore. \nBlue Bear Bookshop will be offering the authors’ stories to take home\, made even sweeter with a signed keepsake from the writers themselves. \nTickets £20 including Afternoon Tea and a glass of Prosecco. \nBooking a seat is available online. If you wish to sit with a group of friends\, the booking should be done at the same time to obtain adjacent seat numbers.Seating changes may be available up to 1 week before the event by phoning Cass in the VH Office on 01252 844876 (Mon-Thu 0900-1500 Fri 0800-1500) or email to admin.victoriahall@gmail.com
