Alex Voysey Blues Band
Nominated for 2026 Best Contemporary Artist and triple-nominated in the 2025 UK Blues Federation Awards, the Alex Voysey Blues Band bring fiery emotion and phenomenal musicianship to an evening of authentic, contemporary blues.
Alex’s live performances are characterised by exhilarating blues rock tracks, sublime solos, and a deep passion for the genre that resonates with audiences, making them firm favourites with venues and festivals across the UK, with powerful vocals and outstanding guitar work.
The band have also supported blues greats Mike Zito, Hardwick Circus and Brave Rival, collaborated with European Blues Challenge winner Alice Armstrong and were competitors in the 2024 UK Blues Challenge.
Since 2025 Alex also performs as lead guitarist with ex-Catfish members in the newly formed Burning Rope, triple nominated in the 2026 UK Blues Federation Awards and touring internationally this year.
